Additionally, ensuring all work completed in the MTF’s is conducted in a manner that adheres to infection control and life safety standards. Primary responsibilities include scope of work compliance, health safety and environmental compliance, project management, and contract oversight during the development, construction, maintenance, demolition, and renovation of over 4500 homes and three commercial buildings. Successfully managed multi-site projects through property managers, maintenance managers, construction management teams, and a contractor base of nearly 500 people in order to achieve performance metrics and strategic goals on a $500mil project.
