• Provide both recruitment and executive support as well as manage schedules of four different specialized teams with a primary focus on the Information Technology Search team.

• Responsible for delegating task to the team on special projects such as implementing a new fee agreement system to keep track of all agreements.
• Assisted in organizing the Open House by compiling all invites into a spreadsheet for invitations to be sent out.
• Help with compiling information for the quarterly meeting PowerPoint.
• Update company information when employees start or leave.
• Receptionist duties as needed such as answering phones, greeting candidates and clients, scheduling conference rooms, and data entry.
