• Began as a RIT and spent 6 months in training to speak with physicians in person and over the phone as well as CEO’s and Hospital administration
• Promoted to Search Consultant and responsible for my own accounts after 6 months and started commissions as well as being responsible for 1 placement a month
• Promoted to Senior Search Consultant by making 7.5 placements in 6 months and conducting solo client site visits as well as managing 9-11 accounts at a time.
• Schedule conference calls with our marketing team to screen the CEO or the Clinic Administrator to find out the reason for their need, assess the urgency and set up the on-site profile
